The holiday apartment is situated in the former stable. You could also call it a studio – small and cosy, all in one. It measures approx. 50 m² and comprises a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area. The bathroom is separate. The covered terrace offers views of the lush green grounds (approx. 4,000 m²).
Prices and information for holiday guests:
Apartment: €95 per night 1 person/€110 per night for 2 people.
Pets: €15 per pet.
Final clean: €25/ €35 with pets.
Bed linen, kitchen towels and hand towels: €10 per person. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Dimensions: Mattress 160 x 200, 2 duvets 200 x 110 and 2 pillows 80 x 80.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove: Wood €25 per basket, generally sufficient for 3 days.
From 1 September to 1 April, there is an electricity surcharge of €10 per day.
Parking: free in the courtyard.
Pets: welcome, but must be kept on a lead on the property.

Facilities:
Bedroom: wooden double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe, storage space for suitcases.
Kitchen: hob, small oven, kettle, fridge, pots, pans etc., French coffee pot, teapot.
Wood-burning stove: with hob and oven compartment.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, small washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, small towel.
The guest toilet in the main house is available for shared use.
Bed linen, hand towels and kitchen towels: everything can be provided, you are welcome to bring your own.
Terrace: Table, benches, chairs, firewood. In the cupboard you’ll find seat cushions, badminton rackets and a set of jeu-de-boules.
Further information: a cosy studio, we deliberately used recycled and upcycled materials during the renovation.
Building materials (as much as possible) ecofriendly. Thick sandstone walls and clay-plastered walls ensure
a pleasant indoor climate. Low-radiation because of these thick walls and Wi-Fi can be switched off at night.
Prices for seminar participants and retreat guests
€80 per night for 1 person /€95 per night for 2 people, including bed linen and towels.
€15 for pets (if applicable), and a final cleaning charge of €25 or €35 with a pet.
Firewood, if required, €25 per basket; and from 1 September to 1 April, a possible electricity surcharge of €10 per day if using the electric radiators.
The property and surrounding area: a wide variety of trees and wild herbs. The landscape is hilly, rising to 400 metres. Also known as the ‘Palatinate Tuscany’. No industry in the vicinity, and the area has been used for organic farming for decades. Walking and cycling trails available. Not very touristy.
