The wooden cottage is idyllicaly situated in the orchard. Out of sight from the main house and free-standing on the plot (approx. 4,000 m²).
The cottage measures approx. 9/10 m² and is furnished with a dining table, a mini-kitchen and a comfortable double bed.
A small veranda offers shadow and a place to sit The sun terrace is approx. 3 m away and offers – like the garden house itself – a wonderful view.
Prices for holiday guests:
Rent: € 80 per night for 1 person/€ 90 per night for 2 people (1 April – 30 September)
€ 45 per night for 1 person/€ 55 per night for 2 people (1 October – 30 March).
For a single overnight stay, a surcharge of €5 applies.
Optional - Bed linen, kitchen towels and hand towels: €12 per person.
You are also welcome to bring your own bed linen, hand towels and kitchen towels.
Dimensions: Mattress 140 x 200, 2 duvets 200 x 110 and 2 pillows 60 x 40
Optional - Heating: electric heating/gas heating according to consumption. From September 1st. until April 1st. electricity/gas surcharge €10 per day.
Pets:€15 per pet. Please keept your pet on a lead on the property.
Final cleaning: €25/€35 with a pet.
Parking: free parking in the courtyard.

Mini-kitchen: equipped with cupboards, a small sink, water (canister), hot plate,
kettle, thermos flask, teapot, 1 saucepan, 1 frying pan, crockery, plates, small bowls,
glasses, cups, wine glasses, cooking utensils.
Outdoor toilet approx. 4 m away: toilet paper provided. Guests are welcome to share the kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet in the main house.

Right next door (approx. 4 meters away) is an outdoor toilet. Guests are welcome to share kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet in the house.
The property and surrounding area: a wide variety of trees and wild herbs. The landscape is hilly, rising to 400 metres. Also known as the ‘Palatinate Tuscany’. No industry in the vicinity, and the area has been used for organic farming for decades. Walking and cycling trails available. Not very touristy.
